This is a lovely piece which is called the Island Vase. It has so much detail as well as hand painted shamrocks.
Measurements: It is 8.25" tall, 3.5" rim to rim, 4.5" wide, upon a 3.5" round base.

It proudly wears the seventh brown mark, meaning it was made between 1980 and 1993.
This Irish vase is in excellent condition.

I already have one of these pieces in my collection but wanted another to balance out the shelf it's on. Buying another can sometimes be risky, but this one was perfect.
