Enjoy a hot cup of tea with this pretty floral bone china teacup and saucer from the Royal Albert called Our Emblems Dear. They have honored each of the Canadian provinces with furling ribbons and labeled the provincial flowers with Nova Scotia, Ontario, Alberta, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Quebec. The pattern is upon their Gainsborough shaped teacup and saucer. All of this has ribbon to tie it together.
There is charming custom of bringing a teacup to the home of a friend. It then becomes a Friendship Cup where it is then used and treasured for years to come.
Royal Albert Bone China of England was the upscale division of the Thomas C Wild and Sons company located in St. Mary's Works, Longton, England. They produced lovely bone china beginning in 1917.
The price also includes free US shipping, complimentary gift wrap and free insurance.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 3.6" from rim to rim and is 2.75" high, 3" high including the handle.
This English bone china is in excellent condition. There are no chips, stains, cracks or crazing. We do not sell damaged wares. You may buy with confidence.
