Elizabethan Bone China of England crafted this mesmerizing, pedestal tea cup and saucer.
The swirl medallions are delicately placed upon the white panels. The gold is in superb condition. There is no wear and the handle is a highlight.
Taylor and Kent was a prestigious manufacturer of bone china since 1867. They were sold in 1947, but the name was retained. In 1982, it became the Elizabethan Fine Bone China Ltd.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.75" in diameter. The cup is 3" high and 3.25" from rim to rim.

This English teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips, stains or crazing. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence. There is one mold mark on the underside of the saucer which was created when it was made. There is a very tiny black dot on the front. It occurs from imperfections in the clay that surface decades later. It is under the glaze.
