The Bachelor Button is actually a flower that has a story behind it. It is a flower that bachelors generally wore when they had feelings for a certain person that they were trying to date. It began symbolizing delicacy and good feelings.
Royal Vale Bone China of England crafted this glossy, gold trimmed, footed tea cup and saucer in the 1950s.
This was one of the Ridgway Potteries upscale divisions which produced quality bone china. They were part of the Staffordshire potteries that became world famous.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 2.75" high and 3.3" from rim to rim. Of course, we sell out of the US, but with a shipping charge.
