The twinkling gold lace highlights the turquoise bands on this antique teacup and saucer which frame the classic English nosegay.
Royal Standard Bone China of England crafted this splendid tea cup and saucer. They were an upscale division of Chapmans Longton Ltd of the Albert Works from Longton, England, one of the Staffordshire potteries. The firm started in 1916.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.75" in diameter. The cup is 4.25" from rim to rim and 2.5" high. This is the breakfast size which holds 8 ounces of tea when filled to the very top.
This English teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, crazing or chips. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence. Please note that there isn't any wear on the gold.

Do not wash any of the china in the dishwasher. It may cause crazing if boiling water is poured directly into the cup. These are not made for microwave use either.
We do not know the exact materials used in the china. We are selling them as decorative items.
We offer free gift wrapping on most items. It is mentioned in the listing.
