Named after the marine mollusk, this is Belleek's limpet teapot with the fourth green mark which was used from 1946 to 1955.
There is a strainer built in against the opening of the inner spout and there is a lip catch on the cover. Per our conversation, there are some serious issues with the lid.
Measurements: It is 9" from the tip of the spout to the outer handle. It is 6" high and 6" wide.
This Irish pot is in excellent condition. Although we wish to sell, we prefer to have loyal, satisfied, repeat customers. We do this by fully describing every flaw that we see. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence.

The teapot arrived quickly. I am always thankful that April takes extra care in wrapping each piece so there is little chance of breakage during shipping. It is especially important when shipping Belleek since it is so delicate and fragile. Everything arrived exactly as shipped. This is going to make a wonderful present for my daughter.
