When quality meets artistry, we have French Limoges.
Coronet Limoges of France has created this stately yet gentle pitcher.
George Borgfeldt was born in Meldorf, Germany, in 1833, and immigrated to America in 1855. He established a trading company in Nashville in 1861 and moved to New York in 1881, where he founded the Borgfeldt Trading Company. His Coronet maker’s mark was established.
The French Limoges piece was decorated in France and imported for sale
after being labeled with his coronet mark.
This elegant Limoges piece is completely hand painted. There is a close up picture so that you may see the signature of the artist, Martel. There is slight wear on the gold handle.
This charming pitcher holds 4 cups of liquid or 32 fluid ounces.
Measurements:
The width is 5". The length from the tip of the spout to the outside of the handle is 7". It is 7" tall from the table to the top of the spout.

We no longer sell to China or the Middle East. Although the people are lovely, we have had too many delivery problems.
We ship within the continental US for free. For other areas, the order is sent via First Class International Mail with the US Post Office or with Global Shipping, a company that works with Etsy.
Of course, we are happy to work with large orders. Contact us through messages and explain your needs.
Do not wash any of the china in the dishwasher. It may cause crazing if boiling water is poured directly into the cup. These are not made for microwave use either.
We do not know the exact materials used in the china. We are selling them as decorative items.
We offer free gift wrapping on most items. It is mentioned in the listing.
