This Belleek mug is perfect for morning coffee or tea. The inner portion is pale yellow iridescent while the outside is the traditional basketweave with shamrocks and branch handle.
This is the fifth green mark. Of course, it is made in Ireland by the Belleek Pottery, Ltd. company. The small pottery village of Belleek in Fermanagh County, Ireland had local clay deposits the produced exceptionally translucent goods. It became known as Parian, a soft, mother of pearl glow that became associated with Belleek China.
The price also includes free US shipping, free gift wrapping and free insurance.
The world took notice and since 1853, Belleek has been prized.
Measurements: The Irish mug is 3.6" from rim to rim and 3.25" high. It sits on a round 2.4" base.
This Shamrock mug is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. We do not sell damaged items. You may buy with confidence.
