This is a partially hand painted porcelain letter opener that is fitted with a Sheffield stainless steel blade.
The touches of gold paint glisten while some of the petals can be felt because of the hand painted areas.
It is in excellent condition. It was purchased from an estate in Bermuda. There is some soft wear of the gold where it meets the blade. It is shown in the pictures. There are no chips, cracks. We do not sell damaged items.
It is 9" long. The porcelain handle is 3.5" long. It is nicely weighted.
