This shamrock bone china teacup and saucer is by Royal Albert Bone China of England.
Royal Albert was owned by the Thomas C Wild and Sons manufacturing plant which produced their works at the Saint Mary's Works in Longton, England beginning in 1917, over 100 years ago.
