An especially beautiful handle and trim create the frame for the Rosebud pattern, number 13426. The lid has a lip inside to help prevent the decorative lid from toppling over when pouring.
Shelley Fine Bone China is considered one of the very best porcelain houses. Their bone china is lightweight yet strong. Shelley hired the best artisans available, paid the highest wages in the industry and used the best materials then available.

This English teapot is in good condition. In this case, there are scrape marks on the handle which we have pictured. There is also a smudge of brown on the handle of the lid which appears to be from its time of manufacture. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. Shelley teapots are hard to find. Therefore we have included it in our inventory even with these issues. The price is lower than normal because of that. We fully disclose any possible problems. You may buy with confidence.
