High society delighted in furs. The runways are now promoting fur again.
This particular brown mink coat was top of the line in its day. There are embroidered initials, HGR, inside, but they could be covered up by purchasing patch initials and hand stitching them over the existing ones. There is fur under the color (so that it can be worn up) and has two front pockets.
This is a luxurious fur made of mink paw.
There are no odors. From the collar seam in back to the back hem, the coat measures 39." The front pockets are 6" long. From the shoulder seam to the cuff, the sleeve measures 21". From the neck seam, over the shoulder, to the cuff, it is 26". From the mid armhole across the back to the other armhole, it is 25". The mannequin is very tall. Read the measurements to be sure of your size.
This appears to be a large size. Please read the measurements and compare them to one of your coats. We are not experts at sizing.
This fur is in excellent condition. It is clean, soft and supple. There are no tears, wear spots or stains. It was stored yearly with a furrier.
The lining is a brocade type of satin. It too is in lovely condition.
