Botanically inspired bone china teacups and saucers are graceful, delightful, reminders of spring.
This elegant set was manufactured by Tuscan Fine Bone China of England. Its backstamp was issued in 1947.
Tuscan is a brand of fine English bone china produced from 1876-1967 in Staffordshire, England. The company was purchased by Wedgwood as of 2014, and its products bear the name "Royal Tuscan."
Tuscan china is popular among collectors who appreciate its vivid colors and bold patterns. Many patterns feature elaborate hand-painted designs. This teacup and saucer are both signed.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 2.25" high and 3.75" from rim to rim.
