The inside is shiny with holes in the neck to help strain the tea. The outside is Jasperware, the velvety finish that Wedgwood creates. The details are superb. For example, the handle is attached to the pot with a leaf design. This was done during the firing process.
Wedgwood of England is known for its use in the finest homes worldwide.
