Aynsley Bone China of England has become famous for their lovely corset style tea cups and saucers. Notice the gold fleur de lis which decorate the exterior.
This rich raspberry teacup and saucer with its large pink rose deserves and receives admiring glances. Aynsley was produced by the John Aynsley and Sons Ltd company at the Portland Works in Longton, England. They were part of the Staffordshire potteries.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.6" in diameter. The cup is 3.5" from rim to rim and is 2.6" high.
This English teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. There are a few faint tiny dots of white paint on the saucer. They can be seen in the last picture at the edge nearest the viewer. The large white marks are simply reflections of light. We do not sell damaged items. There is no crazing, nor are there cracks or chips. You may buy with confidence.
