E B Foley of England placed pretty flowers inside this green teacup and saucer. The swirling gold trim and soft yellow panel creates the perfect frame.
Foley was owned by the E Brain and Company, Ltd. They produced fine china at the Foley China Works in Fenton, England from 1948 to 1963 and were considered one of the Staffordshire potteries.
