Liberty of London is casual culture at its best. It is quintessentially British. It has the Liberty tag on it. It does not say silk, but I have read that they are. Buy it because you like because we cannot guarantee that it is silk. The neat part of it is the design. It has various dogs and equestrians upon the brown bordered scarf. Some of the pictures have a red tint to them, but is brown.
