This pattern is called Floral, number 17404 and made by Shelley Fine Bone China of England in their Ludlow style. The style became popular and famous because of its softly pleated shape and colored trim. On this one, it is pale aqua. Shelley was and still is a leader in its field because of the quality of the china and the hand painting. This one even has a tiny thistle on the inside of the cup.
