With nature for inspiration, this English tea cup and saucer, was named Veronica. It is by Royal Albert Bone China of England. The turquoise roses are part of the Sheraton Series that Royal Albert featured in 1962 until 1980. The pattern name is Veronica. This was made from 1962 to 1980.
The lovely turquoise flowers were placed on their Montrose style teacup and saucer. Royal Albert Bone China of England was the upscale division of the Thomas C Wild and Sons company located in St. Mary's Works, Longton, England. They produced lovely bone china beginning in 1917.

Measurements: The deep saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 2.75" high, 3" high including the handle and 3.5" from rim to rim.
