It is another special tea cup and saucer by Royal Albert Bone China of England. Royal Albert was the upscale division of Thomas C Wild and Sons Ltd at St Mary's Works in Longton, England. They began in 1917.
Measurements: The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The cup is 4" from rim to rim and 2.25 in. high.
