With a trimmed footed cup and handle, the partially hand painted design is mesmerizing. The edges are sparkling in gold and are softly scalloped. This is one of Royal Chelsea's premier designs.
Royal Chelsea Bone China of England crafted this elegant teacup and saucer while owned by the New Chelsea China Company, Ltd. on Chelson Street in Longton, England.
The backstamp indicates that this was made between 1951 and 1965. It is design 6055.
