The pattern is called Ratauds Regal, number 13388. This lovely teacup and saucer has a gold foot and handle to complete the design. Shelley hired the best artisans of their day and used the most expensive materials available. They became the most sought after teacups and saucers in England. This backstamp was first issued in 1938 and used until 1966. The price also includes free shipping within the US, free gift wrapping and free shipping insurance. Worldwide is $14 for shipping.
