Carlton Ware, formerly Wiltshaw and Robinson, produced this eye catching teacup and saucer. It is full size and holds 6 fluid ounces.
Not only is the color lovely, but the inside of avocado green is stunning. The company added extra touches such as the stylized handle, gold trim and a footed cup.
The shape of the footed cup is delightful. This fine luxury quality cup and saucer is a fantastic addition to your collection of antique English porcelains. For us, the handle was also superb. The gold touches highlighted the curves.

Measurements: The saucer diameter is 5.25". The cup is 3" from rim to rim and 3" high.
This antique teacup and saucer is in good condition. There are no cracks or chips. There is wear in the well of the saucer. There is also the start of crazing on the underside of the saucer. It can b seen in the last picture if you zoom on it. We ought this item before we noticed it. This teacup is so difficult to obtain that we decided to offer it anyway, even though it is not perfect.
