Exquisite details elevate this Bavarian tea cup and saucer to pure elegance. It wears the logo that was used from 1929 to 1972. The company was owned by Julius Edelstein and his partner Isidor Grunebaum from 1919 onward. It was located in the Bavarian municipality of Kups.
The Edelstein style borrows from the Neo-Baroque, late Rococo and Empire, with many reliefs, floral decorations and gilding. The company's specialty was thin-walled, almost transparent porcelain of the highest quality. This is pale blue, off white and stylized gold lines.
Our price includes free shipping and shipping insurance.
Measurements: The saucer is 6.1" in diameter. The cup is 2.25" high and 4.1" from rim to rim.
This Bavarian teacup and saucer is in excellent condition. Although we wish to sell, we prefer to have loyal, satisfied, repeat customers. We do this by fully describing every flaw that we see. We do not sell damaged items. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. You may buy with confidence.

We no longer sell to China or the Middle East. Although the people are lovely, we have had too many delivery problems.
We ship within the continental US for free. For other areas, the order is sent via First Class International Mail with the US Post Office or with Global Shipping, a company that works with Etsy.
Of course, we are happy to work with large orders. Contact us through messages and explain your needs.
Do not wash any of the china in the dishwasher. It may cause crazing if boiling water is poured directly into the cup. These are not made for microwave use either.
We do not know the exact materials used in the china. We are selling them as decorative items.
We offer free gift wrapping on most items. It is mentioned in the listing.
